intuitively post
this post was my first draft to writing competition part 2 at AIM, acctually i got wrong theme for that. Yep I didn't read the instruction carrefully. When Elvis repaired this task for me and told me that i'm in the wrong theme, i have no energy for made the new one to submitted for the compettion. I just tried to make it better then submitted it and then (absolutely) failed.
Yesterday when i tried to run Windows Writer Live in my laptop, this post accindentaly publish in the first draft form and in wrong blog (my other blog). The amazing things is, Diaz my friend read it and make the correct one for me!!
This is my first draft:
Smoking Children
Riva (13 years old boys) found his self becomes active smoker since he entered his junior high school. Its not surprising much since in Indonesian you can saw a group of children smoke freely in everywhere. Its true that in Indonesia culture smoke becomes a part of social habits that growth from long time a go. At that time, of course cigarette just has simple formed by leaves and tobacco, and has crucial rules as an holy part of ritual and sometimes used as a medicine, far from nowadays condition. I believe that Jean Nicot never thought about the large effect from the things that he was sent to the King of French at 1959: Tobacco. I thought that he never ever imagine that once upon a time in the future, some children must sipping cigarette for entering a new social live level in their life, moreover sometimes this child smoke only to proven their adultness. Soon as The French King spread tobacco to the rest of Europe, smoke becomes a very large commercial product and issue.
Riva and may be so many boys at his age around the world are just one of small victim from one international health big issue "SMOKING". Britannica Encyclopedia wrote that one of the greatest dangers of smoking is the increased risk of cancer, particularly lung cancer, but also cancer of the bladder, mouth, and esophagus. We can assumed that the risk of developing a cancer related to the tobacco, its depends on how long that person has been smoking, the number of cigarettes smoked per day, the tar content of the cigarette, and how deeply the person inhales the smoke. Now you can imagine the risks that haunting Indonesian youth if they started smoke at teenage ages.
Teenagers start they experience by imitating their surrounding. Because of no one in Indonesia care about how to banning they self for smoke in public area, smoke turn to the one of the things that children can easily imitated just by seeing. Following this smoke habits its easier as act as their parents smoke attitude, their friends smoke attitude and their environment smoke attitude. Well, in my opinion its certainly true that smoke becomes a smooth ways you can choose to suicide your self in a long duration without direct pain and in some way pleasing you. At the end by smoke in public space you teach children all over the world to suicide they self without know it at all and some how proud of it.
